“ I wanted some good southern home cooking for lunch and this was the perfect find. The biscuits and gravy were out of this world and I can't recommend them enough. The chicken dumplings were savory peppery and thick. Mac and cheese that's Tennessee Vols orange but so yummy (Velveeta maybe?) Fried okra that's crispy and not greasy along with fried green tomatoes. We got some chilli on the side that is stick to the ribs chili dog topping style and will warm you no matter how cold it is outside. Finally sweet tea so sweet you could put it on your pancakes. I hear the pancakes are really good too. Breakfast is served all day, and they have daily specials as well. Order at the counter and don't forget ice cream off to the side. Booths and tables to sit at with tons of memorable on the walls to catch the eye. Food came out quickly, hot and overall at a good price. They have pretty good hours too. Plenty of parking as well. Totally chuffed we found this spot and absolutely will come back. ”
